En af Semmel Weiss' pointer er at kuren mod MM faktisk er fundet i form af en CD46-ADC. I hvert fald præklinisk. Studiet var faktisk med på ASH 16 og swr besnærende ud: Intet spor af MM i de mus, der blev behandlet med den optimale dosis af cd46-adc. http://www.bloodjournal.org/content/128/22/384

Efter Weiss omtale af studiet http://semmel-weis.org/jnj/jnj-004.html går han direkte over til at angribe bortezomib. Hvad skal vi dog med bortezomib, som slår patienter ihjel, når nu kuren er fundet?

Endnu mere underholdende bliver det længere nede på siden, hvor han brokker sig over, at kliniske studier absolut skal bredes ud over mange mere eller mindre tvivlsomme land. Incl Rusland(!), hvor jo korruptionen florerer - det ved enhver. Og han afslutter så med en billedserie, hvoraf det tydeligt fremgår at muse- og rotte-forsøg henlagt til disse dubiøse lande intet har med videnskabelighed at gøre, når de håndteres af bengaler, negre og andre mistænkelige individer.

Regarding the Dutch investor I recon its possible to trade short with one hand in a hedge fund firm and with the other hand trade some 5xbull in a subsidiary firm. Say go short 1.5% and then go long in 5 x bull for 1/3 of the short positions value. However then we should see some heavy activity in the trading of bull certificates. Not sure if that is the case.

The question I have to the Dutch investor is that if some of the big shore holders are not willing to sell below the 4 times higher intrinsic value ( around 4000 ) then why do the not buy some more Genmab shares if they are so sure that Genmab might be wort 4000kr and that a takeover could be close
