Ingen som helst tvivl om at car-t er spændende og med super resultater. Det bliver så også spændende at se hvordan deres gang til selve godkendelsen vil forløbe. Risikovurderingen bliver afgørende, ligesom prisen naturligvis, og her er det svært at afgøre noget på forhånd. Vi har jo bl.a. (bl.a.) set to dødsfald blandt CR. Første linie har jeg svært ved at forestille mig som det ser ud nu. Et medikament med mindre god profil ville muligvis blive afvist, men nok ikke her. Til 3-4 linie - sandsynl
