Jeg mener ikke, at 30/50 har været kendt tidligere.Jeg opfatter dem også som ret urealistiske i monobehandling, da det på CT om netop dette studie er angivet, at "The ORR is defined as the percentage of participants who achieve complete response (CR) or partial response (PR).". Så de har ikke medregnet mindre responser eller SD.

Her er hvad Ibrutinib præsterede i R/R MCL monoterapi:In the pivotal phase II trial that led to FDA approval of ibrutinib in R/R MCL, 111 patients with MCL received single-agent ibrutinib (560 mg daily). The median age of the patients in the study was 68 years (range 40–84) and therefore representative of the typical MCL patient population. The ORR was 68% with a CR rate of 21%.
