Hi everyone, regarding the closing volumes. I’m not that sure that those trades are being made at the close itself, it just doesn’t make any sense.. A simple thought that came to my mind is that they are derivatives that have been traded during the day and that are added to the volume at the end of the day. Could also be something else, but it just doesn’t make any sense why 10% - 30% of the daily volume is being traded at the close. Any thoughts?
