Genmab får negative meldinger om patentsag. Den tyske biotekkoncern Morphosys beretter, at selskabets retssag mod Janssen Biotech og Genmab får et tillæg med endnu et patentbrud. Morphosys beretter, at det sker efter at retten holdte en høring den 6. februar og man har nu fået rettens tilbagemelding. Her er det patent nummer 9,200,061, som Morphosys menes brudt. Den ekstra patentbrudanklage komme med sagsanlægget den 4. april 2016 med brud af patent nummer 8,263,746 ved retssagen i District Cour
