Well said E.L. it's fascinating. I think the lessons here are 1) markets have trouble valuating biotech’s, it’s just too complex to really understand why certain companies will succeed while others will not and 2) and this is a scary one but oh so true, small biotech’s have the chance to be manipulated by the big investment banks (GS), over and over again.

This scares away investors. But at a certain moment the value creation becomes too obvious, the market cap will rise and then there’s an inflection point at which the stock price can’t be significantly manipulated anymore.

This leads to the comments of ROI, there still will be manipulation, however not to the extent that the stock price can be put artificially low and be kept there. It will eventually go up. And in the current situation with Genmab having a chance to again be manipulated by GS, this is the final stage of the manipulation and will end in a big LONG call from GS when the rate Genmab a (strong) buy.

@bibob, helt enig. Men immunonkologi er hot for tiden og Niraparib kan have virkelig brede anvendelsesmuligheder ligefra ovarie og breast cancer til small-cell lungecancer. Bliver spændende at se, hvis også der er flere af de store der vil være med i M&A jagten
