The successful launch of Darzalex , fuelled by highly impressive data in multiple myeloma, emboldened the sell-side to substantially lift estimates for the antibody last year. With its more mature franchises slowing it is hugely important to J&J that the drug, licensed from Denmark ’s Genmab , live up to these expectations.

Tak Sukker. Ja, det viste sig at være et ok entry point i Tesaro efter annoncering af fase 3 topline data for deres PARP inhibitor, som ellers fik kursen til at springe 100%. Spændende hvor meget mere der er i den - nu kunne det jo være rart med et forløb a la Acthelion...

Tror også det er derfor Exelixis stiger, og også Clovis, som også har en PARP inhibitor kandidat på vej. Kender dog ikke så meget til sidstnævnte, men stigningen i Exelixis kan vi jo godt lide - og de bliver da også nævnt mere og mere som opkøbskandidat
