Det er da en fin start i dag. Mon den bygger lidt op til salgstallene på onsdag, og så snupper en lille pæn stigning når der kommer tal på bordet?

Good morning everyone, for quite some time I’m following this chat and would like to express that I feel this is one of the greatest sources for information on Genmab. That said I would like to check something. We all have big believes/hopes for the December ISM number. I’m however not sure that we’ll get this this Wednesday. The rule of thumb that comes across on this forum is that the IMS numbers comes in at the 3rd Wednesday of the month, however when we look back at 2016 the number almost al

however when we look back at 2016 the number almost always comes in the 4th week of the month and usually being the 4th Wednesday of that month. December was an exception due the fact that the 3rd Wednesday was in the 4th week of the month (December started on a Thursday).

Furthermore I couldn’t find a month in which the data came in before the 20th. Therefore I would like to check if there’s someone on this forum that can explain why we can be certain the number will come in this Wednesday. Thank you!

The sales numbers comes the second last Wednesday in the month. Therefore it comes the 18th January.

I just did the check:
There are 3 months where the 2nd last Wednesday is before the 20th of that month:
February 2016: data came in on the last Wednesday of the month (25-2),
May 2016: data came in on the last Wednesday of the month (25-5)
2nd last Wednesday was the 18th for February 2016 as well as May 2016. -
However in October 2016 the data did came in on the 2nd last Wednesday of the month (19-10).
So either it changed during the year or the data will not be published before the 19th.
Based on these findings I would say we can’t conclude anything and just have to wait
