    Good morning. It is only Jan and David that got a really big bonus here, and, to be fair, they are absolutely key players for Genmab at the moment. I have no problem keeping them happy and commited to stay. Just imagine what Jan leaving could do to stock prices...

        Det er udelukkende en moralsk snak, som også flere pensionskasser har påpeget over for Genmab. Skal jan have 0,5 mio i løn om dagen eller 1 mio om dagen. Hvad er rimeligt. Hvornår ændre lønninger karakter fra noget man fortjener og til tyveri fra aktieejerne? Jeg skal ikke dømme, men det er det der er i spil..

                I understand your sentiment, and I know many share it. I personally rather pay a PHD who is trying to cure cancer then some 19 year old premier leage soccer player that never finished high school...

                      Ærgerligt, at dette medie sætter begrænsninger for diskussionen. måske skulle Proinvestor næste år arrangerer en Genmab investor julefrokost. Så kunne vi vende nogle flere detaljer om vores holdninger til casen.

                                  Det drejer sig om 32.000 aktier fordelt på 200 medarbejderer. Det er 160.000 kr. i snit. OK, alle får sikkert ikke ligemeget, men niveauet er vel rimeligt.

                                    The warrents will only be exercised and have value for the employees if Genmab is above 1145. OK to me.

                                      I.e. if Genmab is not successful the coming years, there is no bonus remuneration to the employees! Fair I think.

                                          Many other companies pay their employees their bonus in cash. That is worse, because they are rewarded even if they don't perform in the future.
