In conclusion, these data suggest a previously unknown, multidimensional,
immunomodulatory role for daratumumab that may
contribute to deeper clinical responses and enhanced survival. Future
studies will be needed to determine whether these expanded T cells are
active against tumor-specific targets and what role these immunomodulatory
effects play in overall clinical response. In addition, these data
suggest a broader immune regulatory role of CD38 that may be applicable
in other malignancies. -

US NBI ser ud til at stabilisere sig over 3.000 og det er ubetinget godt for sektoren generelt - men USD er begyndt at vise lidt svaghedstegn. Det var måske også grunden til at GEN performede lidt sløjt efter kl 1530
