Fra Deutsche: Very impressive when compared with Amgen’s Kyprolis: We believe the most appropriate benchmark for the Pollux trial is the recently reported ASPIRE Phase III trial of Amgen’s Kyprolis. Although patients in ASPIRE initially look to be more heavily pretreated (median 2 prior therapies vs 1), more patients in the Pollux trial had received a prior IMID (55% vs 20%). The control arms of both trials performed similarly with a PFS of 18 months and CR rate of 19-20%. We believe the Pollux

trial results compare favourably in quite a dramatic fashion on all endpoints, with a profoundly better benefit on PFS (HR 0.37 vs 0.69) and CR rate (43% vs 32%). The ASPIRE trial demonstrated that Kyprolis delayed progression by a median of 8 months vs Revlimid/dex. Mature Pollux results seem likely to significantly exceed this level of benefit. Importantly, Darzalex treatment also seems to come with significantly less toxicity.
