Nu har jeg haft tid til at læse Novods Genmab note fra i morges igen. En har specielt fremhæver er "very importantly, als can be seen from the PFS Kaplan Mayer curve below, we also see that after 15 months, the Darzalex/Rev/Dex curve completely flattens, i.e. patients to not progress, which is a very promissing sign in our view and could indicate the immonu-oncology properties of Darzalex."

Jeg kan ikke vise kurven, men jeg tror teksten siger alt. Empliciti/Rev/Dex kurven fortsætter bare i hullet!

I forhold til Darzalex/Rev/Dex.

Begge bliver målt mod Rev/Dex. Men Darzalex/Rev/Dex da flader kurven totalt efter 15 måneder. Dvs sygdommen udvikler sig ikke yderligere i negativ retning. Det gør den fortsat i Empliciti armen med Rev/Dex.

Darzalex/Rev/Dex kurven stopper efter 21 måneder (ikke mere data). Dvs fra 15. til 21. måned udvikler sygdommen sig ikke yderligere negativt
