Ofatumumab: 49 (98%) achieved complete remission (CR) after 1 cycle; 92% became negative for minimal residual disease (MRD). The 2-year CR duration and overall survival rates were 74% and 83%, respectively. Conclusions: The combination of ofatumumab with hyper-CVAD is safe and highly effective in pts with CD20+ Ph- ALL.

Novod har ikke korrigeret sit kursmål på 1100! Men hans Darzalex bull-case scenarie indeholder peak-sales på USD 10 milliarder, og kursmål på 1500 eller mere. Samtidig har han peak-sales på Revlimid på 10-14 milliarder USD. Nogen der har et bud på hvorfor peak-sales for Revlimid skulle blive højere end Darzalex? Darzalex er jo det bedste findes indenfor MM.

Kan det være fordi Revlimid er dyrere end Darzalex, eller fordi Revlimid kan bruges i flere indikationer?

"Revlimid treats anemia (a lack of red blood cells in the body), multiple myeloma (cancer resulting from a progressive blood disease), and mantle cell lymphoma (a rare cancer of the lymph nodes). It is used in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome caused by an abnormal chromosome. This disorder is also called deletion 5q MDS, because part of chromosome 5 is missing. In people with this disorder, the bone marrow does not produce enough healthy blood cells".

Tak Helge. Dvs Revlimid kan anvendes til mere end knoglemarvskræft. Så må vi håbe dara i NHL eller Roche samarbejdet på solide tumorer bliver succesrig. Og så har vi også tisotumab i solide tumorer at håbe på.
