Fra Novod: The suit has not been commented by JNJ but we would expect JNJ to of course deny any wrongdoing or patent infringement. Also, we expect that JNJ has made an extremely thorough due dilligence on CD38 IP before entering the deal with Genmab back in 2012. Furthermore we believe that JNJ will vigorously defend its IP rights and successfully win potentially legal battles against Morphysys. There will be lots of focus on this, but we view any kind of Genmab weakness as a great buying opp.
