Ofatumumab remains a therapeutic option for patients who relapse after treatment with kinase inhibitors.the results of this study demonstrate that retreatment and maintenance with ofatumumab are feasible and can provide meaningful clinical benefit with an acceptable safety profile for patients with heavily pretreated CLL who had benefited from previous treatment with ofatumumab.
