One of them is elotuzumab, which recognizes a protein on the surface of myeloma cells called SLAMF7, and the second is daratumumab, which is an antibody that recognizes a different protein called CD38.

Om Dara-len-dex ph 3: The exciting thing about that trial is because of all the excitement around daratumumab, it’s actually accruing more rapidly than was anticipated. We’re thinking that we will reach the needed enrollment either in March or April

btw gennemsnit behandlingstid for BTD ansøgninger hos FDA i 2014 var 4mdr, med blinatumumab behandlet på knap 3mdr.

Det kunne godt udvikle sig til blue sky scenarie. Men som du skriver sukker, skal der ikke meget slinger i Dara valsen før kursen er halveret.
