Strohl said one of the difficulties in developing bispecific antibodies is overcoming manufacturing hurdles. “Most can’t be manufactured,” he said. “I have to say we were a little frustrated that we couldn’t develop, internally, a technology that could be trusted to be manufacturable.”
Genmab’s technology proved to be the most promising solution. “We now have 20 bispecific licenses with them,” Strohl said.

Markedet skærpes nu for alvor for Genmab. Er der nogen der ønsker at kommentere på det ? I artiklen står der at Imbrutinib skulle være i fase 3 kombi med Arzerra .. har det sin rigtighed ?
