Complement Activations through IgG Hexamers
Complement activation by antibodies represents a potent form of immune defense. By using cryo-electron tomography and mutagenesis studies we reveal the molecular mechanism by which antibody complexed to antigen triggers complement activation. Our data provide a model for understanding complement activation by antibodies and provides leads for its modulation.

Carnegie har en rigtig god pointe omkring Genmab. med over 30+% af patienter med Gazyva der har grade 3´+ infusion eller neutropenia events vil en meget stor del af de patienter nok stoppe med Gazyva og gå Arzerra eller Rituxan

Så selv hvis Gazyva bliver lægernes første valg, vil en stor af patienterne nok indse at de ikke kan tåle Gazyva og skifte behandling ?
