Der er tale om kombi behandling med brug af både MVA-BN-Brachyury og strålebehandling. Selvom strålebehandling alene kun er kendt for at virke i få patienter (<5% ifølge BN), kan et respons på 1 ud af 10 for kombinationen ikke udelukkes at skyldes strålebehandlingen alene (hvormed Brachyury i så fald ingen effekt har haft). Der er cirka 750 tilfælde af chordoma i USA+EU hvert år, hvoraf MVA-BN-Brachyury primært er rettet mod en mindre subpopulatio
n af disse (<30%). -
