Share Split
Conditional upon an authorisation being granted at the
AGM on 19 May 2022, UIE will carry out a share split at a
ratio of 10 new shares for every one share presently held.
The split will result in each existing share of USD 10.00 being split into ten new shares of USD 1.00. If approved, the
share split is expected to take effect in June 2022.
