<p dir="auto">REITs har længe været brugt som en "risikofri" udbyttemulighed. Men der er en række risici, som I skal være opmærksomme på, hvis I vælger at gå denne vej.</p>
<p dir="auto">Dette er ikke en uddybende REIT-video, men jeg regner med at komme med flere i den kommende tid.</p>

Og når først pengene skal findes hos små private investorer skal man virkelig tænke sig om.<br />
Husk alle de skandaler der har været på område, det siger noget om etik på dette område.<br />
Og det var baggrunden for mange bankers kolaps.</p>

The index includes: Simon Property Group, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Taubman Centers, Cedar Realty Trust, Macerich, Seritage Growth Properties, Kimco Realty, RPT Realty, Washington Prime Group, Brixmore Property Group, and CBL, which is preparing to file for bankruptcy.</p>
<p dir="auto">After Friday's 2.2% drop, the index is down 74% from August 2016, when the Big Skid started. And from that heroic spike that topped out on June 8, it has now plunged 35%&quot;......</p>
