<![CDATA[Genmab — Marts 2022]]>Morn, Hvis JNJ får medhold i at Darzalex patent udløber 2030 vil det jo sige at andre kan kopiere Darzalex og sælge Dara til eksempelvis halv pris. Hvis man kan købe copy Dara fra 2030 vil JNJ ikke kunne regne med at sælge same mængde fra 2030 og fremadrettet p.g.a folk vil vælge den billige copy version som godt nok er lidt mere besværlig at tage. Men kan man spare 75.000usd er der sikkert mange det vælger det alternativ. Hvis det derimod er muligt at forlænge patent på Darzalex må det selvfølg

Økonomisk får JNJ også mindre ud af den aftale end daraaftalen. Så hvis hexa38 kan komme på højde med det stof i effekt og bivirkninger er der ikke noget der taler for, at de ikke hopper på hexa38.
