Men jeg forstår så ikke hvorfor JNJ ikke medtager hpv pos. Men nu er der kun offentliggjort nogle af dataene fra deres forsøg. Time will tell.

HPV-subgruppe-analyser fra Petosemtamab med pembrolizumab i kombi (Keytruda) i first-line recurrent/metastatisk HNSCC : HPV-positiv/p16+ ORR 80-88%. HPV-negativ/p16- ORR 60-65%.

Genmab har 2 cmet x egfr stoffer i pipelinen. En fra profound med toxin og en fra Merus. Det bliver interessant at se data herfra og mon ikke mindst en af dem ryger i skraldespanden inden nytår.

and we were told the Profound asset, GEN1286, was 'pre-clinically far outperforming amivantamab and other EGFR CMET' ... so that is also why i think they know a lot about the capabilities of such a bispecific. Not sure if they recruit HNSCC though (even thought that would be a valid target given EGFR) so cant be certain they have seen 'in house' data...

yea, i know , but it doesn't explicitly mention head and neck cancer, so can not be sure if they have seen any data on that themselves yet

anyway, not the price behavior i had hoped for post ESMO . and that JNJ is not in the plus at the moment is not really any consolation...

maybe Merus will comment on their data / competitiveness on their Q3 call... will be a bit awkward few months until the take-over is complete, whith genmab saying 'we can not comment on data that is not in the public domain'...
