Meget er selvfølgelig spekulation, men tidsfaktoren giver alligevel en indikation. Hvorfor bruge 3-4 måneder på opt-out, hvis man allerede på den første dag kunne se, at 2h2-dataene ikke opfylder de kriterier, som JNJ på forhånd har fastsat som minimum?

Ledelsen siger selv "Q1", så hvordan og andre har opfundet 1.03 fremstår lidt tåget.

Winkel siger også, at data er leveret af flere omgange men altså ikke om, at deadline skulle være "1. marts" men "Q1"

Absolutely. JNJ has access to all the data and the data room. We loaded it up in different batches, but it's all there. clock has started and the decision as per the contract, James must come in Q1 at the latest.

Gentogen 12:54, ja det sagde Novod efter ASH. Det er det samme som at sige at selv om data er gode så vil de hellere se om en af fuglene på taget eller en fremtidig bi-specifik måske kan noget mere. Men det er efter min mening en slap analyse og ville være et kæmpe sats. Det eneste jeg kan se er at JnJ har låst Erzo og Gmab i MM så om de opter ud, og gmab må ligge Erzo i MM i skuffe kan JnJ altid senere komme tilbage hvis der ikke kommer nogle bi-specific der kan noget mere.

Jeg så omtalt på yahoo, at JNJ risikerede dårligere kredit rating pga seneste M&A. Hvis de forhandler dybere kunne det jo være en fusion, hvor vi får nogle JNJ aktier. Mener de har en stor stak liggende fra deres fission for godt et år siden. Genmabs sælgerne står også og mangler stoffer
