Efter at have tabt 2 voldgifter som ville være sikre vindere uanset udfaldet, så tror I nu på at vi kan vinde 2 voldgifter ? JnJ' s advokater tørrer gulv med GEN, jeg ville være tændt totalt af på den behandling fra JnJ's side, obstrueret alt der kunne obstrueres og søge nye partnere.

@ 09:22 yes, very doubtful. I once heard someone argue that it would also be very hard from a pricing perspective; for example can you charge a patient the same price for his annual RA Dara as for his MM Dara... And if not, if you can charge much less in RA, how can you justify keeping the price high for MM? But if it works for Dara, it may work for Hexabody-CD38, so it may still become useful for Genmab
