well, theoretically could be both lol. They are adding arms with another drug, CC-99282, which you don't do if you don't hope for improvement... They are also adding arms for FL and MCL separately which i think indicates treatment is sufficient to do that

also, no trials for MCL with CC-99282; so they are pinpointing more exactly what patients benefit from what combination
