Immune-stimulating Antibody Conjugate (ISAC)
The technical requirements of immune-stimulating antibody conjugate (ISAC) are very similar to ADC, except that the ISAC load is an innate immune agonist or modulator that enables the ability to convert cold tumors into immune hot tumors. Also, similar in function to tumor microenvironment activated drug conjugates (TMAC) in part, both achieve activation of immune killing and therapeutic sensitization by modulating immune stimulation and microenvironm

GB den aftale Genmab lavede med Synaffix er mere plain ADC - den med Bolt er hvor man vedhæfter et immunstimulans istedet for et toxin.

Mersana har også et samarbejde med Synaffix - et B7-H4 ADC, så lidt en konkurrent til Genmabs BsAb B7-H4/CD3 i hvert fald på target. Modaliteten er jo ret forskellig!

Ja i princippet har de jo også adgang til Abbvies ADC teknologi via deres aftale omkring epco i sin tid. De fælles forskningsprogrammer hører vi dog ikke noget til, så svært at vide om der sker noget overhovedet.

yes, difficult to judge. This was around the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference last year: "btw when talking about Synaffix and ADC ; he [Jan] mentioned that they are also working with AbbVie ADC..."

and we know Jan was impressed by AbbVie ADC technology, calling it ADC 3.0
