no, i don't think we have a PDUFA. they got FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation
Jun21, dec BLA; I am hoping we can get an approval this summer? Royalty i now think 4-5% (given that Amivantamab is between 8% and 10%) ?

I belive Amivantamab i higher than 10% at best. And I belive 6-8% on tec. Iam always optimistic

Janssen, Genmab will receive milestones
and royalties between 8% and 10% on net
sales of RYBREVANT."

Nogen der ved, hvorfor Genmab er faldet så meget over de seneste par uger? Er det markedet generelt eller er der noget udfra tal, der skuffer? Det kan da ikke være eftervirkninger fra voldgiften (troede vi var ovre den?)?

But 5% on tec isn't much. We must hope that it will a be combo partner with dara in stead of competitor in the early lines. In the late lines it will be a perfect treatment for dara resistant pts.

@anncba - husk nu, at Genmab forsat har mulighed for, at anke afgørelsen. Så det er forsat for tidligt, at sætte det endelige punktum i den sag. Genmab vil meddele markedet, når de enten anker eller accepterer udfaldet af voldgiften.

they stick to their target of full-year 2022 net sales percentage growth in the mid-30s, so it might have been expected, need to look into it, there was offcourse a big H2 last year after the production disruption in H1
