Angående DR5/DR5 kom der jo i foråret denne artikel "Potent preclinical activity of HexaBody-DR5/DR5 in relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma", så måske muligheder???

no, i don't think so. it is dead. preclinical activity is the reason to start in human trials, but if results aren't what you hoped for you stop it as fast as you can

They probably have more faith in hex38 regarding MM.

hex38 seems to be all about safety. genmab have enough cd38 knowledge to know if hex38 is potent enough to beat Dara i would think

every day that goes by without a 'Hold' on that trial is a + lol

i imagine they move this very very slowly to prevent that from happening... which is also why i am not so sure we should expect too much info at the R&D day
