UBS om ISS: We had thought ISS's digital-led Integrated FM services could drive above-average revenue growth and margin improvement, once it had passed some specific contract issues in 2017-18. However, after the latest 'margin reset', we now suspect that headwinds are more structural. While we think FY'20e should see a small rebound, any sustained recovery is uncertain and we only see margins stabilising at 4.7-4.8%. We cut forecasts by 10-20% and sit c6% below currently-updating consensus.
