The most advanced candidate in the portfolio is REGN1979, a CD20/CD3-targeting antibody that made a bit of a splash last year with preliminary human data in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Regeneron also has a BCMA/CD3 agent that is expected to generate initial efficacy results in multiple myeloma (MM), and a handful of even earlier stage candidates in Phase I testing.
